Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
✅ The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
🚫 Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or skincare products.
🚫 Items marked as final sale or clearance.
🚫 Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
💳 Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
❌ If your return is rejected (e.g., product is opened, damaged, or not in its original condition), we will notify you and return the item at your expense.
🚚 Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email us at vitamins@salernocenter.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
