Shipping Policy

At Salerno Vitamins, we are committed to delivering your supplements quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about our shipping process.

 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We only offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) within the United States:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our services in the future.

Shipping Rates

At this time, we offer expedited shipping only, with a flat rate of $22 per order. Local pickup may be available at our New York City location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order via UPS.

Customers will be able to download the app from the order status page.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@salernocenter.com so we can assist you.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded (minus shipping fees) or reshipped at the customer's expense.
